If you have a USA model it DOES have a particulate filter. None were built without.

Your vehicle could use 229.5 or 229.51 with no problem. If it had a particle filter you shoul use only 229.51
There are very many oil brands that have these oils in their inventory.

The oil does not need changing until the display tells you so if this is applicable in your area. In the UK it usually averages over 15,000 miles before an oil change is indicated. It certainly does not need an interim oil or filter change.
