Unhappy unsure about site to purchase parts

Hello, I am looking at buying some parts online at mbdirectparts.com, but I am unsure if it is a reputable site. I couldn't find much online either. Anyone have experience with them? Are they reputable?

Thanks
Kris

They are a full MB dealership and only sell genuine MB parts. I just bought and replaced a leaking front right airmatic shock for my E500 from them. The part arrived in 3 days. I sent back the old one and got my core charge in 2 days.

The customer service and pricing are almost impossible to beat for genuine MB factory parts.

For MB dealer I found the site very stupidly managed.
I punch part number and they display 1200 different parts, but not the one I punched.
Buying parts is always big gimmick.
I need stupid grommet where broken one allowing cutting my brake booster line.
None of internet dealers have it and showing 1200 other parts is not helping frustration.
Over the years the autohousaz comes winner 99% of the time. For the parts they don't carry, I simply drive to a dealer.

I placed the order with mbdirectparts since they were the only one showing rare grommets and clips on their site.
Their search engine is useless, but I googled part number with their name and parts have been showing up.
Now a day after placing the order, I am getting message that it might take them over a week to get stupid grommets, so I'll be lucky getting them in 2 weeks.
Would they be honest about stock, I would place the order with forum sponsor who found the parts in warehouse, but was a bit slow in replying.
I just wonder about $2 grommet that completely deteriorated on 8 years old car and seems nobody is buying them.
Meaning lot of Mercedes on the road have bare metal bracket cutting into their brake booster tubing.
Or hopefully they duct-taped?

8 days and parts arrived.
Good place to buy rare parts and they have good prices on original MB parts, where independent suppliers would go even 20% higher, but they don't stock those parts and it will take some time to complete the order.
