Lodging official complaint with Germany HQ
I have a problem with my dealership in Lebanon. Every time I take my car in following an accident or small bump (a lot of these lately), they never have any of the parts in stock and have to place orders to get them from Germany. It always takes 4-6 weeks for the parts to come in and then another week to get them installed. It's not like I own an SLR, it's just a 2011 E-Coupé so you would think they would keep items for a popular model in stock all the time.
I have tried to talk to them here but it amounted to nothing. I feel like I should submit an official complaint because this isn't satisfactory at all.
Any idea how to proceed? Couldn't find anything on their international website. I did find contact info of MB-USA management but I need International since I'm located in Lebanon.
Any help will be appreciated.
