Will accident void CPO ext warranty?

We just bought a CPO GLK350 and my wife hit a sign and put a dent in the quarter panel and damaged the bumper. I'm waiting to get in for the body work. In the meantime my dealer keeps calling and wants to get the car in for some promised brake repairs and windshield work. I'm trying to hold them off until the body work is done because I'm worried this would be a reason to void my extended warranty provided with the CPO program.

Do I have anything to worry about?

You should read the CPO guidelines to find out. Every manufacturer have different guidelines & fine print but I doubt and crash would void it unless when you have a claim down the line and MB finds the failed part(s) were caused by an accident or vandalism or something intentional, etc.. But even then it shouldn't void the whole warranty, just the repair at that said moment.
