If someone isn't happy with repeated attempts at having a dealer fix an issue, who do I contact next. I'm in the Chicago area. I've looked but haven't found a specific contact. Would it just be MB corporate ?
I haven't made an issue of this yet with the dealer. Perhaps I should before escalating this and going over their head? I did have the service guy in charge on the floor and the person I dealt with say they were done and several things were not an issue.
Flyboyike has a valid point. It would be nice to know what year and model before anyone tries to dispense information. Anything we say right now with no info would be pure conjecture.
