"New" Mercedes that isn't really new?

Hi,

I just got a new Mercedes(2016) from a local Mercedes dealership, they didn't have the exact car I want so they traded with another dealership and I paid shipping for it.
However I notice the odometer is about 200 miles already and there is a vehicle loan agreement from the previous dealer with someone's information on it in the car's glove box.
Should I be particularly concerned about it? Is this normal practice?

Thanks

+1 on registered to a person.

The car could have been offered to somebody who ended up not able to purchase. The other way to rack up miles (these are pretty low) would be that it had a few test drives. It also could have been delivered to the first dealer on the road instead of on a hauler from a train yard. Port of origin to train then driven to dealership.

Dealer you picked it up from will have adjusted warrantee to show the 200 above the stated mileage.
