If you have not used SDS/equivalent to clear codes from the TCU, it is never going to work properly.
Before you do that, though, check the TCU for signs of fluid incursion and clean all of that up. And change the pilot bushing/harness adapter, too.
And, of course, you should also perform the adaptive reset procedure.
