You want datacard?

enter your VIN sometimes you need to choose model and that will open new window with "Карта данных " in upper corner. Click it.
Google will translate it. Don't mind small errors, even US EPC is hard to understand.

I have the data card. I need vehicle master inquire report. It contains service record for the car. The car was serviced and repaired at my local dealer all its life so I am sure they have the record.

Service records are hold by the dealer. You can not get them anywhere else.
There is a trick to get them. Dealers refuse to give them to new owner because of privacy concerns, but several members ordered a service at a dealer and ask about records saying that with PO name/address blacked out there is no longer privacy issue.
Again this is SA goodwill to release them so you have to be polite.

I tried that. I went to schedule an appointment for service and asked for service record but they didnt give it to me. I asked them to black out previous owners info but he still didnt want to give out info. THey release info to carfax. and carfax has most of the service details about my car. My car has visited that dealer 2000 miles ago with previous owner. Now its leaking fuel from tank. I am sure they did the work on fuel pump and I am trying to get it fixed under repair warrenty

Sounds like you did not use the magic word asking for records.
But to my knowledge repair warranties are not transferable to new owners and you might need the original bill anyway.

Why not either call the dealership or MB USA and ask if your car (VIN) as had the tab done. I found out that my car's SBC was "fixed" in December of 2005.

SBC had an official recall so that information is available on MB website but fuel pump issue isnt considered a recall yet. Does MB usa provide service history on phone?
