Recommended dealers for service?

I know we love our MB and all its models but is there a listing in this website for recommended dealers for routine service?

So far I would rate mercedes Benz of little rock as F. It's a waiter, meaning owner will wait for the vehicle. I brought it in due to traction control light and warning says inoperative on a brand new bought glk 350 with current 4,000 miles. It's okay but there was no progress report, any updates etc after waiting for 5 hours? WTH? So, unless you want to sit idle for 5 hours and on, then this is your dealer but if you want quick well cared for service move along. My local cadillac dealer will give you a loaner if it's more than two hours, Range Rover dealer will give you a Jetta and the lexus will let you keep their loaner overnight. Not good

It took me ten years to find out that MB dealerships all have loaner vehicles. But when you make your appointment tell them FIRST that you need a loaner vehicle. They will schedule your appointment around the availability of their loaners. Now in the case of an may have to call a friend or a car service. I have some lovely new rims that I want installed (need new tires/tyres too) but my appointment is for 2 Dec because I need a loaner. I use the loaner service a lot because the dealership is 40 miles away and it normally takes at least a week with the SL, longer with the S (I had a GLK for a month, loved it and will probably end up buying one in the future (see thread about me washing my loaner lol).

All worries in life flow from three poisons: Greed, malice and ignorance

I'D be interested in knowing what if any recommendations or concerns were available regarding the Mercedes dealer in Naples Florida. I need to service my 7 speed transmission and my Indie tells me that the dealership is the place to go but wouldn't recommend a specific one.
