Hello guys, are you sick and tired of parking your beautiful new Mercedes Benz far away from the entrance just so you can avoid other drivers?

This is Andrew Pi from 314 Engineering. We have developed a revolutionary new product which will protect your car door from unwanted dings and dents when you are parked in a crowded parking lot. The device is completely hands free and extends or retracts underneath your car simply at the touch of a button. This product is not out on the market just yet and we are going through the final stages of prototyping. Thanks for everyone's patience.

In the meantime, we would love to hear your thoughts and opinions about our door protection system. For more information about the AutoBlock System, you can log onto our website:

Looking forward to answering any questions anyone might have!

Best regards,

Andrew Pi

Great idea! I voted no but there are probably 1000s of Mercedes owners that would have this installed. The reason I voted no is because if there is any malfunction or even a good prank, a person could be locked out of the car. Also the device would need to be strong enough that if a vandal pulled real hard and then let go, it would not spring back and slap the car. Again I think it is a great idea but I would have to see the final product and "mess" with it before I bought it.
