Building a 3.4 Stroker m104 HELP!!!!!!!

Guy offered me 1200$ for my m103 engine along with me putting it in. I have a m104 from a 1990 300ce so its 24V 3.0L. I also have a om606 3.0L diesel engine with no Head. Can I simply bolt on the 24V head into the diesel block? Making it a 3.4 gaser? I say this because people use om606 crank rods and pistons on m103 and m104 motors to make stroker 3.4. I am guessing that the crank rods and pistons would actually have to be installed on the m104 block to make it 3.4 (3.3 someething to be exact). Also I have a 1995 e320 motor with a blown head gasket and from what I hear those have oil spraying piston rods unlike the early m104 so the 3.2 m104 block would be best? Jeez!! Should just fix the 3.2 head and put it into my 1988 300ce? I dont like those motors much.
