2003 s55 amg vs. 2002 corvette convertible who will win?

I am a owner of a 2003 s55 amg and my friend has a 2002 corvette convertible (manual trans). I am curious who would win? My s55 amg is stock and so is my friends corvette. My 2003 s55 amg is supercharged v8 pushing 493hp while the 2002 corvette convertible is pushing around 350hp. The s55 amg curb weight is 4260 while the corvette curb weight 3246. Both of us will take the cars to the drag strip soon. But as of right now I just wanted to know who is faster. Can you guys give me your opinions on who you think might win this drag race?

8.6 lb/HP vs 9.25 lb/HP
Top it with the fact that import cars usually outperform factory ratings, while US cars simply can't get there.
Waiting for video.
BTW, are you planning to tow a trailer for the race to even the odds? We already have such video with E55.

In straight line acceleration I'd say the corvette (but it could be fairly close) unless, that is, the corvette hasn't been well maintained or is driven by an idiot. No contest at all on a road course because the S55 is just too heavy.

I owned a Corvette C5 6 spd. manual Roadster and it was quick but not fast.
I had a tuned ECU. An Edelbrock MAF. Corsa Stainless sport exhaust, lowered thermostat. Z06 shifter K&N filter etc. etc.
The cars biggest Achilles heel was my clutch and RPM engagement point.
I'm not into "drag racing" but I love a great launch. I had to quickly feather the clutch at 3500-3800 for optimum takeoff. If you flat-out dump the clutch it either bogs or likes to spin the tires so I developed a kind of a 8/10ths speed clutch pedal release method.
Could he beat you with a "stock" C5? I highly doubt it.
I think in a 1/4 mi. you'd take him by 2-3 car lengths. 0-60 would be too close to call with auto vs. manual trans. Manuals tend to leave harder and faster
