That really sucks. The only thing I know that will remove oil from leather is Greased Lightning. But, it can remove the color if scrubbed too long. I would suggest a q-tip dipped in Greased Lightning and gently work on a small spot at a time. This is the reason my first vehicle of choice is a truck. I just haul too much to have only a car.
I was picking up red mulch a few weeks ago and watched a guy load soaking wet red mulch in the back of a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. He threw the bags onto the seats and in the back. I was sickened as he drove away and red water was literally running out from underneath his back hatch door.
