Interior and exterior Dorman replacement parts?

Anybody heard something about Dorman Replacement Parts? What quality? In service advised to pay attention to these replacement parts, as not very expensive.

I'm interested in many parts of the interior and exterior, I wanted something to change, modernize.
As regards quality and price compared to other analogues how much better or worse?

Here I think. Decided to consult on the forum with knowledgeable people))) Thank you in advance!

Doubt many MB owners use those, but I read lot about them on Ford Truck forum.
While they offer cheaper alternative to oil coolers for 6l Powerstroke, lot of owners had to redo 6hr job simply because gaskets deteriorated in the matter of days.
Some parts are good, bu who wants hit or miss?

As for me, it's good parts. As for quality, no complaints. I bought air filter box, replacement fog light, climate control module recently.
Everything works fine. By the way, you can look here auto parts of company Dorman.
So I think, you can buy without any problems and do not worry.

What interests you in particular??

Yes, I have ordered something to try. Hopefully parts will be of good quality. I also read reviews in internet, on the forums, people respond well.

Dorman does not really make anything. They are using the name from the decades when they did make a lot of good stuff.
That being said I put a Dorman fan control module in a Pacifica and it had the same stampings from the factory that the Mopar part did. So in that case it appears to be a good part and it was well priced.

So far I haven't used Dorman on the Benz' but I have used many on the Grand Prix. No issues, always fits & priced right.

I just replaced a broken window regulator in my 99 w140. I purchased a doorman regulator from AutoZone for 50 dollars which was recommended to me by a forum member nhzruthless. It riveted right up, regulator works great , quiet and no issues what so ever, can't beat the limited life time warranty either for 50 bucks. I'm planning on doing all regulators now so I won't need to mess with for a while since all door panels r coming off for door strap replacement. Hope this info helps! 👍
