Problem solved!!! Ends up that the rust I cleaned out of the right front sensor that caused this problem to start in the first place was the answer. The rust in all the sensor chambers has scraped off allot of the magnetic surface of all the bearings right down to the shiny metal surface of the bearings.
NOTE: You can acquire a portable bearing press from SIR TOOLS, but give them a call since their kits DO NOT have the right size push washers in them for MB but they will be happy to set you up with what you need. Cost about half of what their kits do. Be sure to have your bearing size handy too, my 07 ML's are (54X90X50)
