Tons of repairs to 11 yo c240 since last April
First a tire blew, and it turned out a part inside had to changed to rebalance both front tires - I don't have the paperwork in front of me, so I can't say for sure what that part was. A $200 repair turned into a $2000 repair, though, and it took a few days to get the car back.
Then, it went for service b in June, but had additional repairs through that. In November, the brake pads had to be repaired and the door lock too.
Now, today, there was an engine fault, and the engine would turn off as I was driving. Or gas was not getting into it. I'll know on Monday when they diagnose it.
So, for an 11 year old Mercedes that is usually only driven on the weekends, is this normal? Or should I suspect my dealership is causing trouble by either not looking at things properly, or worse, fixing things so they breakdown down later?
