Question Electrical problem

Hello I have a 1998 ML 320. The grab handle in the back seat driver side was broken it holds a reading light. My daughter stuck her finger in there luckily she did not burn herself, it sparked because the metal holding the light touched each other. All of my interior lights do not work, as well as the gauges and seat heaters. i have checked the fuses and relays 3 times. Could it have burned some type of computerized component that controls it? Engine, headlights, blinkers, windows are all working.
I appreciate any insight.

Please post the question in the forum for your ML.
Lots of good info there. More ML owners will see it and have some insight.
