s210 270cdi steering wheel vibration

I know that vibration most likely comes from engine mounts, but i've replaced
them 4000km (~2500mi) ago. Problem is continous shaking on steering wheel, on idle and also when driving. It seems to stop somewhere around 3000rpm. And when you turn engine off, it feels like engine falls. You can shake engine quite easily with hands. It seems like it moves mainly from top part of right mount. All bolts have been checked and tightened. Also i've replaced transmission mount (manual, if it matters)

Just today I replaced mount on left side (warranty part), and old part (2 months old) were approx 1cm (0,4in) lower than new part. It actually didn't do much to vibration.

I also measured right side mount. height of mount was 8,5cm (3,3in), and when I liftet engine with jack from oilpan, height was 10cm (3,9in).

So, is it normal for new mount to collapse that much, or is it already broken? Should I replace them with sturdier mounts, 320CDI or so?
