Ubiquitous Spoilers On The Dealer Lot
I leased my AWD C300 in the Midwest. It is without a spoiler.
I've moved to Southern California. My lease is coming due and I will most likely be "downgrading" to a C250. The engine is relatively decent and where I live there's not much opportunity to go fast anyway. It gets up the hills so it's good enough.
What bothers me though - among other things - is that 100% of the C-class cars at the dealership I went to had those tacky spoilers. That thing looks like a piece of cheap cladding you'd find on a Pontiac, back when there were Pontiacs.
Is this some kind of "cultural phenomenon"? What's the situation on the inventory out where you live? From a practical standpoint I most likely will be leasing something off the dealer lot so factory order won't be an option.
