I only purchased one clip. The linkage is separated where the shifter meets the linkage in the back of the transmission. The white bushing is labeled At shift rod and the black one is labeled output shaft to shift rod.Im thinking the white bushing is the one I need.Is this correct?

Thank you.I looked all over for it but I couldn't find it.I have searched the forums and my linkage looks a little different.I also discovered that my car will start in drive.Does any body know where the neutral safety switch is located?

Size: 1.2 KBThis is a pic from ebay.It is suppose to be for a 96 320.My shifter does not look like this.My 96 is opposite it has the male part on the shifter and the female part the part that has the bushing is on the shift linkage going to trans.I also noticed pink and green marks on the linkage.Maybe the linkage was purchased from a wrecking yard and im dealing with some ones butcher job.
