ML350 Carjack-ability

Anybody have any thoughts on how easy/difficult would it be for a carjacker to reach in a window that is opened only a little bit- say 4-8 inches (passenger side) and unlock, then open the door on a Mercedes 2013 ML350 SUV?

Also, I'm assuming not all cars are created equal when it comes to their carjack-ability. Can you comment on the ML350's or Mercedes in general versus other brands?

Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated!

The reality is if a low life wants something you own badly enough they will take it unless you have the means to defend yourself. When I am in the city I use my CCW permit and if push came to shove on a car jack the thug can have it. I do not want to risk getting me or my family hurt.
Preventing car jacking is more about being aware of what is going on around you while you are driving in urban settings than anything else.

If the Rochester in your profile is the one in New York, just try to avoid driving down Plymouth Avenue...

Considering that Tamerlan Tsarnaev chose to carjack a late model ML, maybe you should choose a Hyundai instead. No car is resistant to a gun-toting desperado, but he might prefer a vehicle with off-road capability if he plans to evade a police chase. And if it's going to be his last drive, he might want to go out in style.
