Just talked to the dealer again today, asked them to exchange a new car for me, they said no. Then, I asked them to buy back a car, they told me there's no such thing...I can't believe how arrogant they are.
I told them that I paid for the car and now I can't drive it, they say that's too bad, but you have to wait, there's nothing we can do...
I am starting to get really pissed at the dealer and Mercedes now. I emailed twice to the customer relations and got no reply what so ever...I just complained on Facebook again, and see if that can generate more attention.
Haven't seen my car for 3 weeks now and counting...I really hope that I leased instead of purchased the car now!!
