Feeling ripped off!

I purchased a 2008 e550 with 40,500 miles. It is cpo with p2 package and two years extended warranty. I like the car but I feel like I paid to much 34,800. What do you think?

The deal is done?
Why cry over spilled milk.
Enjoy the car.

With miles that low and, P2 and a CPO I do not think it was a ripoff. I check out W211s all the time and the only way to find a car in that condition for much of a lower lower price would have been something like an estate sale auction.
Keep in mind the CPO from the dealer is at almost $1800 of the price.

I think you should have bought a BMW 5-series.

I drove a 2011 550ix and did not like it. It handled better on corners but had a bumpy ride. The interior was not as nice as the e550 to me and the e550 cost less and had a overall more comfortable ride.

So you tested a comparable Beamer and went for the more luxurious E-class.

You will enjoy your Benz a lot more if you stop looking back at how much you spent on it, and only look forward - to the star on your bonnet.
