help re complaints procedure for mercedes
I had been told that Mercedes offer a 10 year warranty on paintwork. However, I recently reported the paintwork peeling off from the door handle of my C200 only to be told by Mercedes (Dublin, Ireland HQ) that they are "unable to assist at this age and mileage". My car is a 2010 model with less than 40,000 miles! When I purchased the car (second-hand) two years ago I thought I was investing in a brand. The car has a full service history carried out at the garage where I bought the car. Understandably, I am not happy with this response. Can anyone advise on what I can do here?
