Compression does not just disappear. All of the cylinders at once is even stranger.

I am assuming you checked all cylinders. What tool was used to determine the compression was gone from cylinders?

Yes all cylinders loss and spark plugs soaked. was a little rough running was told the day before but not bad and when I went to start in the am no start fuel fowled.the car has been starting with a little rough idle at first in the morning but would clear right up.a little puff of raw fuel like the plugs just could not burn to well old age .when I pulled them they looked vary well like there was old gas in the car and smells like it but when I took a fuel sample its good and the car never sits. I think he may of got some bad gas but not there now.if a c230 losses compression from no spark and floods the cylinders is it that hard to just regain compression in these like a jag or if that was all the car should have started after fuel and plugs where changed?

Do you mean it has lost fuel pressure?

If the compression in all cylinders is gone the motor has a serious issue.

no I have spark and fuel no compression. due to old plugs losing spark and then fuel fouling cylinders. a guy on line said they where known to run rich and when the plugs get old they will fuel foul. causing no compression but said it was hard to get it back sometimes but could not answer how. I tried oil in them still no luck.

I did not know that. I wish I had better help for you. I would post your problem in the W203 forum for your model. There are a lot of smart C class owners that may be able to help.

Just throwing this out there..... Are you sure you got the correct plugs and that they are seating (read that as sealing and giving you compression) properly??? I had a 1974 Firebird 400 many years ago that had a similar problem. Jon
