No, no, no, no.....Been there done that. Then all of a sudden you start seeing "Charges". That's a Fool's game, and I got fooled once by the "Verify the US address". Once you login and and sign up, they have your IP address. That alone will verify if you live in the US or not.....
You can believe what you want. No, the registered credit card address is not foolproof, and yes, some people slide by with it. There are a couple of members in Canada who have an address at one of those mailbox etc. type places (for other reasons) and have a credit card sent to that address, so they get it for free as well. But it's a useful system for the vast majority of people. (It's far easier to spoof an ip address...)
And hundreds (probably thousands) of users on this forum alone can tell you that it's not a "fool's game" to enter your credit card number at the StarTek site to register for the EPC.
However, if you don't want to use it, then don't use it.
But don't then come here crying that you need a part number. You've been given the tool, just as so many have before you.
And for what it's worth, if I were NOT a US resident, I'd consider the $12 annual subscription fee worth the cost for the EPC.
