problems when engine gets hot...

I have a A Class ,170 CDi, elegance 2000...

I am having problems when the car runs 20 km and over (ONLY IN SUMMER).

The symptoms are:

1.the car speed up slowly ( Its suffocated)

2.the valve began creaking over 30 km (ONLY IN SUMMER)

3.i noticed that the cooling fun run only at full speed when the temp is high
(dosent run at variable speed)

I thought the fault is the ECT sensor...

I measured its resistance (without removing the connector) it was impossible.
it variables with temp, it was OK... but it doesnt receive the +5V reference voltage from receive a 0.3V :⁄

I will be glade if you can help me...

1.where the ECM is located in a class
2.and what do you suggest to me...

Thank you.
Good day
