Post New Member Introduction

I bought my first MB vehicle (2009 E350 with sport package) a couple years ago from a dealer in Hoover, AL (Crown Automobile). These first couple of years I have had the dealer's service department take care of the service. I recently started changing my own oil and plugs. I have been watching You Tube videos about service tips and seem to get a lot of information there. My next project is going to be the brakes. If anyone can give mt advice on this I would much graciously appreciate it. My main cincern would be the proper tpye pads to replace. I just realize I'm off topic, this is an introduction ... back to my introduction.

I would consider myself as a guy that trusts himself on certain type of repairs/work/service, small stuff, I would not tackle rebuilding an engine or reworking a transmission. I know my limits and abilities. 56 years old male, married to the same lady for 36 years, certified master electrician (if you have electricial questions just ask. If I don't know the answer I know someone that does.) I like nice things and take care of them. Just traveling through and tring to break even throughout this journey called life.

Thanks to all with experience and knowledge and to all that don't mind sharing it.
