New upholstery for 1995 E320 cabriolet?

I would like to re-upholster the seats in a 1995 E320 Cabrio. Is there an upholstery-kit maker you folks can recommend?

I don't mean slip-on seat covers I can get at the local auto parts store, but genuine original-style upholstery that makes the seats look new, and very close to what the originals looked like.

What are prices generally like for good ones? Either front seats only (including headrests), or front&back both? And how about new seat pads?

I have re-upholstered seats before, but not on a MB. Any tips/tricks for getting the new upholstery on, well enough to make it look (almost) original?

Thank you!
