I was if anyone could give me some advice on how to deal with Mercedes on an issue I have. Basically I bought a 2010 c250 at 48k km and drove for no issue until 58k km. Now I have an issue where when I change from reverse to drive the car jerks back pretty violently 3 times. Also when I shift down at speed the car jerks a bit. My mechanic and a small dealer I know said this looks like a major issue.
The car was off lease and according to Mercedes the previous owner did the oil changes. I also did 2 oil changes since I got it. I went to mercedes now that my car is at 59990km and showed them the issue and they are telling me I need to pay $350 to do a transmission fluid flush before they will service the vehicle. First off I know changing the fluid wont solve this issue. Second in order for them to check or service this problem they will have to drain the fluid anyway and replace. So far I spoke to two dealers and they wont budge. To me thats awful customer service and I really dont know what to do.
