1991 300SD with new engine 157K/115K worth?

I have a chance to pickup a 1 owner 91 350SD. Would you great knowledgeable folks let me know what it would be worth ?

Here is the description.

1991 "Black pearl" 350SD Turbo Mercedes - Biodiesel or Diesel
In great shape - no body rust.
One owner - non-smoker, no pets.
Rigorously maintained throughout lifetime, garage kept.
Airbags - never deployed.
4 door, automatic seats and windows, AC + heat,
CD player, cassette, AM/FM - all working.
Tan leather seats.
No accidents.
Has one tail light filter cracked.

Has had Biodiesel conversion, but will still also run on regular Diesel

Odometer reads 157K, but a new Mercedes engine was installed in 1997: the oil pan got damaged going over some railroad tracks and the engine froze up and was replaced in its entirety. The car has had one owner since the Mercedes factory gave birth to it, has been used on many long trips. So at roughly 7000 miles/year, this engine probably has about 115K miles on it, a lot of those on the highway.

This is going to be reality check.
1991 airbags are garbage.
There is no such thing as "biodiesel conversion"
What is condition of 23 years old leather seats?
They have no records at what mileage the engine was replaced
I just sold 1987 diesel and even the engine is in perfect condition (replaced headgasket before the sale and inspected everything) - not too many buyers for 20+ years old cars.
350 diesel is having probably the worse reputation of all engines MB sold in last 50 years and the engine replacing confirm that.
Bottom line - the car has no real technical value and I am not buying story the engine lost the oil pan on railroad tracks.
If it is clean and drives well, I would offer $500 just for fun.
