Scrapes on e350 sport bumper-what to do??

I just purchased a 2011 E350 bluetec from the lease return auction. There are scrapes to the paint on the lower edge of the bumper on the front and a scrape on the corner of the back bumper. Should I have the bumpers resprayed? That is what the person who bid on the car for me suggested. It is incredibly clean by both our standards except this and I see how it happens sitting so low to the ground with the sport package. My concern is when I go to sell it that it will have paintwork. Can you offer some opinions.
Also-the car has NO SMELL of smoke whatsoever. No smell at all but there is an imprint of a cigarette on the drivers seat in the black mtec. Can this be repaired?

Yes to both. A lot of bumpers repaired to like new condition.

If it is a small burn on the MB Tex it can be fixed to look good as new.
