Thank god I can still typing these in one piece after I bought the new E350.
My name is Steve, just pick up a new E350 on April 4th. Everything fine but the next day engine light comes on and shaking a little on the road. So I decided go back to my dealer and make sure the car is fine. I explained to the rep who sold it to me, and he told me just drive and it should turn off after few days. I was worry and ask him to run a service check, but he refused.
After only two blocks from the dealer on my way home, I feel the E350 shaking worse then before and even the whole car is shaking, losing power when I try to accelerate.
So I have to go back to dealer again, but it was crashed by a civic which leaving from a plaza. Police came and giving tickets to the civic driver and I was free to go. I didn't tell the police that's something wrong with my car, since the Civic at fault. I already called my insurance company and some one should call me on monday.
I left my car in the dealer's place right now because it's the closest place to go and the car is not drivable.
Guys, I need your suggestion what to do next, this E350 is my birthday gift and today is my birthday.
I was so upset about the dealer's service and putting my life in danger, the quality of the MB is questionable to me from now on. Only 2 days and not even 100 km was driven already costing me so many problems. Any chance I can get my money back or exchange another one?
Any advise is welcome, I am not posting the dealer's name or the rep's name right now but all this is ready happened to me. I will provide all the full details to any party who can help me with this case.

I am living in Toronto Ontario
Happy birthday to me.
