Which to choose??2009cls550 or 2011e350 bluetec same miles and condition

Please help me choose between 2009 cls550 and a 2009 e350 diesel
I am sorry to write with a silly question but I do not see how to post a question or start my topic to ask for advice between a 2009 mercedes cls550 or a 2011 e350 bluetec. I wanted to pose it to the "universe" and get some avid drivers opinions. Both cars have 17,000 miles and are within 1500.00 in price. They are both lease returns in excellent condition. The older cls was a mercedes company car and was not issued as a new owner until 8,000 miles so it still has 10 months warranty remaining. It just seems like for the same money its more car but my concern is which does the audience feel is worth more in 3 years towards a trade if they both have 75,000 miles? Should I keep my other car which is not of great value as my everyday driver to keep the miles down on the cls. I sell real estate and do many entertainment clients so a nice car is part of my "work needs" but miles are expensive. My 2007 530 sport BMW is only worth 14,000 with 72,000 miles and I kept a second car to take some of the miles. Which one would you buy?
I appreciate all thoughts!

Can you tell me how and where to post this question? Love your thoughts as well.

Read my profile and you will know I am biased.
Buy a diesel and with 1,000,000 miles life expectancy you will not need second car for next 20 or more years.

CLS550 will be the old model 219 and the E350 the new model 212.

I know someone here in the UK who went from a CLS V8 to a E350cdi 212.

He felt the E350 was almost as quick, not quite as sporting to drive, but every bit as comfortable.

I'd take the E350cdi myself. I like diesels. But I'd understand if you took the CLS as the CLS is an awesome car. Me, I'd want a CLS diesel.

Current Merc: 2009 C220cdi sport estate
Prev Merc: 2005 E320cdi sport
