Where do Mercedes-Benz labor rates rank in the auto industry?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know the average hourly rate for an MB mechanic in the US and how it compares to the other luxury brands like Audi, BMW, Acura, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo? I was reading on a UK site that rates ownership costs of used cars and they stated that Mercedes and Jaguar are known to have the highest repair labor rates in the industry and I want to know if those of you have owned some or all of the aforementioned makes could validate/invalidate this statement. I know they are all expensive compared to to the "cost conscious" brands but I'm talking premium brand vs premium brand.

At the shop I have a small interest in the the BMWs, Volvos, and RS model Audis are costing more than most of the MBs that come in. Can't comment on Jags as they are not serviced there. The MBs are expensive, but the shop only uses MB parts so that can add up. Labor is the same hourly for all the brands.
The BMW and Volvo parts have some crazy high prices.

All comparable parts for my Ford Truck were more expensive than those for W210.
Hourly rates don't tell everything. It is what they do in this hour.
Walnut Creek, CA Ford dropped filter clamp into my turbo and they deny any responsibility.
I can only hope such thing doesn't happen at MB dealership.
not that I am giving them lot of chances..

The dealership sets the rates, The mechanix are paid flat rate according to the manual per job, if they are good they can book more than 40 hrs of pay if they are not they loose money. There are also rates for warranty work which is less than post warranty work. The dealership pockets the money between advertised labor rates and what the mechanic is paid. That is what pays for the staff, building, insurance, special shop tools and overhead.
I think my MB shop rate is about $135 an hour, the mechanic gets nowhere that amount!

Last time I check my local dealer, what was several years ago >>> they charged $150/hr.
They pissed me off few years before when they replaced nice cappuccino machine with coin-operated one.
Somebody in the dealership is not paid enough. Years ago, when Walkmans cost daily wages they stole one from my car. Service advisor did not offer any assistance.
