I'm Hippie (usually Hippiekinkster, but I figured I'd pretend to be normal for a change... ☺)... 60 years young this August, stuck for now in the pit of the Big Peach. I'll get around to the profile stuff later.
"HELLO CLEVELAND! ARE YOU READY TO ROCK?!!!"
"NO!!! GIVE US FIVE MORE MINUTES!!!"
So, anyway, my chariot is a 94 E320 Cabrio S/N 234 (or 235, can't remember which); triple-black with right at 160K miles on her. She needs detailing right now (I've been busy selling my house and moving into my townhouse, recovering from a nasty UTI, got a bad back, and so on).
I've decided to do as much maint as I can on my own, 'cause I need to put the money into remodelling and there are some speakers I really want to get and I need some more cymbals...
Moving along, this likely is not the best forum, BUT: the combo relay (wipers, etc.) conked out. So I got a new part, unscrewed the six screws from the fuse box/relay box top driver's side by the hood hinge, pulled the old relay (I assume it's the right one) and lo and behold! the pins are different. Every source I've checked says it's the correct relay.
Ima scratchin' my head. Any ideas?
