HELP!!! My cars in trouble.....

Hello everyone, so basically I have a 2012 C300 and am having a few issues. I hit my garage wall a week ago theres a huge dent on the passenger side and then today I hit the garage again and the side view mirror fell off. The car is diamond pearl white also I have 15000 miles and still have not had an oil change or any service done, is that bad for my car? Also Does anyone know any cheap place I can buy a side view mirror and the paint, it costs like 500 dollars a gallon which is too much for me. My dad is gonna kill me im freaking out please help

P.S I have posted pictures of the dent....

My oldest son did the same against the gate, but I gave him $2000 El Camino as first car.
Bless you father for letting you drive Mercedes and let him take care about the repairs. Don't think he would appreciate shoddy body work on 1 year old car.
We know cheaper OEM part sources, but not knowing your location, all I can tell you - google part number.

Ouch,
Kajtek is correct. You do not want to skip on the body repair as far as paint work.
If the entire mirror is destroyed you will have to get the entire unit as separate parts.
Here is just an idea of what the parts will cost depending on what you need or can save from the old one. The is site has some the best prices on the internet for OEM parts.
Auto Parts - Parts.com, For Every Part of Your Life

Also 15k miles is time for oil change. If the car is in North America you are over by 5000 miles. The engine is being neglected. If warranty work is needed in the future not having proof of routine service done may cause the dealer/MB to void the warranty so get the oil changed using MB spec oil ASAP.

Taking second look at the damage - they might qualify for paintless dent removal.
That assuming you are in US, where the service is popular. Check craigslist and yellowpages.
