Statistics are always worthless without explanation and final conclusion.
Wealthy people have not so wealthy children, nephews living with them while going to school and live-in maids that register the cars at the address.
Meaning just because the car is register there, doesn't mean the millionaire is driving it.
I have 3 E-class registered at my address and those are all bought for much less than 10 grands each. I guess I am messing up statistics for whole block?

These statistics can be accurate all they need is too check with car insurance companies for the registered vehicles and there income.

I am not saying the statistical numbers are wrong, what I am saying is that the conclusion is taken from the sky.
Do you really believe that successful businessman drive BMW 3 series as the 2nd choice?
I also doubt the fat guys drive C class very often.

This is not what rich people are driving. This is what people in expensive real estate markets are driving. This is the McMansion crowd. Huge, huge difference.
