New Benz Owner

Bought my first MB, 2009 E 350 less than a year ago. I was warned about buying a used MB, the cost of repairs and all but so far so good. I really love the car. I did manage to change the right low beam in under an hour though, lol.
Looking forward to the forums.

Used Mercedes-Benz's are not all that bad. The E-Class has always been more reliable than the Chrysler that's based upon it: the 300C. I would consider the E-Class as reliable as a Porsche 911 Carrera. The car you should watch out for is the W220 from 2000-2002, the W215 from 2000-2002, and a R230. M-Class, C-Class, G-Class, etc.; they are all reliable, and if you opt out for an AMG-spec Mercedes-Benz, you're reliability is better (Pagani Zonda and Pagani Huayra all uses AMG-spec engines, and the AMG 6.0L V12 Twin Turbo has done over 1,000,000km for testing purposes; pretty damn good for a V12).
