Greeting from Kansas, USA W140 1999 S500 Champagne

Just got my car last week. I'm really pleased with it so far. 110K miles on the clock. Look forward to putting a LOT more on it. I have a few quick questions. Any help greatly appreciated.

I need to source a couple of parts. The first being a small cover for the headlight washer. It's like a protective cover for where the headlight washer attaches to the motor spindle. You can see that it's missing in the following picture. I also need the blinker glass housing for the same side. It's not real visible in this picture but it is cracked.

I also need the protective weatherstrip seal that goes on the top of the windshield. You can see it is missing in the following picture.

The temperature gauge hasn't gotten much higher than in the following picture even after running for several hours. Is my thermostat stuck? The oil pressure gauge goes to the top immediately after ignition as seen in picture. Is that normal? The oil level appears to be where it should be. Is it an oil pressure gauge or and oil level gauge?

BTW, I filled up the washer fluid reservoir up by the passenger front headlight and the washer fluid light is still on. Is there a separate reservoir for the windshield wipers? If so, where is it located? I looked all over and can't seem to find it.
