Assuming it has been properly maintained before now, you could roughly guess about $1,500 a year, assuming further that you are taking it into the dealer for everything. It might be as low as a few hundred (if all you needed was an "A" service, for example) or higher than that if some issues are found.
You're already discussing your tight finances...and really, MB's are not cars to own if finances are tight, unless you do most of the routine stuff yourself. I'm not broke by any stretch, but I wouldn't own my W210 if I didn't do most things myself.
I'd also suggest you take the car of your choice in for a PPI. That will cut into your budget, but either you'll find deal-killer items, be confirmed that the car is in good shape, or you'll find things that need attention which will be a valid basis for negotiating a lower price with the seller.
