New owner, little help please! (85 300SD)

Finally found one with a straight frame.
It's an 85 and the engine fires right up.
0-60 in 2.5 minutes. Transmission is slipping in 3rd and 4th.
Tachometer is not working, though it jumps up to 2000 every once in a while during shifts. 380k on the clock!

Now from what I've heard, the SDL with headlight wipers got a longer body and an I-6 aluminum block, plus a 140 speedometer instead of the 120. For some reason, I'm not sure if I got lucky that I didn't end up with the SDL.

Anyway, here's the question, how do I fix the AT and the tach?
Also, just found out the ABS is not working!!!

Thank you,
Joe
