Unhappy 2013 ML350 New Owner With Concerns - Tire Pressure etc

Hi fellow benzo's, just got my 2013 ML350 4MATIC (Diamond White/Beige). I'm having more concerns than excitement. A few things I realized:
1. confusing tire pressure (jumpy around 40psi and serious body sway around 30psi) - gas door has 32/32 while driver door jab says 45/48
2. each ML350 I test drove had very different feeling, one of which misfired when exiting high way
3. front 2 power windows screeching noise going up or down - new car in shop tragedy?
4. panoramic roof has such a flimsy shield - it is either a joke or for London use only (not much sun light to shield from)

overall, as a new MB owner, I don't feel very confident out of MB cars due to inconsistency, slow customer service response, and high historical defect rate (78% warranty claims vs close to single digit from Lexus).

As a greeting to fellow members, here is a confirmation from MBUSA.COM regarding tire pressure:

Thank you for your email to Mercedes-Benz.

We recommend referring to the tire pressure chart located on the inside of your fuel filler flap and setting your tires at 32F/32R PSI. If you are unsure how to adjust the air in the tires, we recommend visiting your local authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for help.

The opportunity to assist is appreciated.

Kind regards,

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC
