Post '05 C240 Only warm air when full heat demanded

2005 C240 4Matic.

Climate control Board is the one with no display and two knobs.

Temps less than warm when set to max temperature either on auto or manual. Sometimes temp gets very hot and stays very hot, but if I change settings to defrost for example, temperature drops to less than warm and stays like that. It never gets back hot.

This is where it gets weird:

If I switch back to auto or manual, it does not get back hot (as before you could not leave your hand in front of the duck because it was to hot), it stays less than warm.

I tried burping the system: Ran the engine up to normal temp. about 80-90 stable with climate control set to max temp, and then flip back to cold and kept @ about 3200 rpm for about 15 minutes. I could see the air coming out of the expansion reservoir. maybe there is more air???

Aux pump brand new and liquid new.

Tried to normalize the actuator motor function by pressing "recirc and defrost" they blinked for a few seconds than back to defrost light being on (normal). Flaps seems to work fine since I can change the air flow in any direction I want, windshield, front feet etc. I can hear the changing very smoothly.

Need assistance before this baby hits the MB dealer at $125 an hour. Thanks
