How hard/expensive to put nav into existing command system in 2013?

I just bought a 2013 C coupe but I found out today it does not have nav. The dealer tried to discourage me from installing it saying it wasn't worth the trouble. I couldn't tell if he was being lazy or if it was some ridiculous amount. What does it cost to install nav in a 2013 C coupe? It has a nav button but it says "no nav" when I press it.

I know I can use it on my droid but I have mBrace and wanted full use of its features.

What the dealer might have meant is the MB navigation is not worth having. At least that is true on my car.
