Hi, Mike, and welcome. Please take a minute to click user cp and edit details to add your vehicle and location to your profile; that's often helpful information when you're seeking assistance.
From your description it sounds as though your battery is dead. 11.5 may work in some cars, but yours is computer controlled, and if the voltage is too low it won't even try to crank.
You didn't mention any errors in the MFD, so that means your charging system is okay. So unless your battery is pretty new, then that's the issue. (If it is new, then you have a drain somewhere and would need to get your battery charged and then cycle-load tested, not just for voltage, that's meaningless anyway.)
If you call MB roadside assist they will come and deliver a battery and install it without charging you for labor (you'll pay market price for the battery, about $150-175, maybe more, depending on where you are). Ask the tech nicely and they will reset the radio, windows etc. afterward.
For future reference, you're better off posting specific questions about your car in the forum specific to it, the W210 sedan section. This general forum is more about things of general interest regarding all models.
Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. (Winston Churchill)
