Question Do I need a lawyer?

I bought 2008 C300 4-matic CPO with 39,000mile in July, 2011. I have been taking to the same dealership for the maintenance check since I bought my car. Two weeks ago, around 75,400miles, I took my car for two front tires replaced, alignment, and service B maintenance. After the service, I felt like my car was going to falling a part -VIBRATING ON STOPPING, GO TO THE RIGHT, MAKES NOISE FROM RIGHT FRONT, SOME SORT OF RESISTANCE ON GAS PADDLE. I took my car back to the same dealer twice more. After my care was at the same dealer 3 and half days and 3 differnent reantal cars, I finally took to the different MB dealership (2 hour one way). They told me that my car needs 2 ENGINE MOUNTS AND TRANSMISSION MOUNT REPLACED.
They also told me my alignment is still little off (camber???). The service advisor told me not to spend any more money to fix my car--What is it supposed to mean???
I had my car for 1 year and 3 months. I olny drove about 36000miles (I commute 4 days a week for work).
What should I do????

Take it to an indie or a specialist and get a new opinion. Sounds to me like they damaged your car.

Thanks for the advice. I am afraid to drive my car. I do not want to break down on the road. I have not driven my MB since last visit to dealership. what is INDIE?
The service advisor from the second MB dealership told me CAMBER is still off in alignment. I will need upgrade suspension but there is not factory parts for that and he does not think they have camber tool (I could not comprehend all this information). He told me my new tires will last about 20.000miles. Is it possible that MB dealership can not fix alignment problem???
Thanks again...

hard to believe!

It's hard for me to believe that a dealer service advisor told you that you shouldn't spend any more money on your car. Not that they are trying to help you but they rarely turn down a chance to make money!

An "indy" or "indie" is an independent mechanic that works on Mercedes-Benz cars. I would find an indy close to you, make an appointment and discuss with him what was done and then have him examine the car and advise you what to do. He will, however charge you for a diagnosis. If he can fix the problem you have a choice to return the car to the dealer or have the indy do it. Unless you can prove that the dealer damaged the car I would advise against going back to the dealer.

No need to go running off to a Lawyer and shell out money for them to do nothing. Take that car to a indipendent Mercedes shop. Getting a second opionion is very imprtant and to me it sounds like the dealership is trying to take you for a nice long ride(Common of them).
