E50 AMG is alive again from the Philippines

I have been a lurker of this forum for some time now. Nothing comes close to be as helpful like you guys. I recently purchased a 97 E50 AMG from a guy who left it just parked and not running with 66tkm (41t miles).
After I replaced all the fluids, I got a used tranny valve body and it ran for 2 weeks then, the tranny slipped and car didnt move even when you put it in drive. The nightmare begins...
I ended up doing:
-Got an EGS clone from Beckmann technologies
-Changed to the right valve body(0606) from Sunbelt valve bodies
-Rebuilt tranny, changed discs and found out the torque converter seized and primary pump gear had missing tooth
- changed rebuilt torque converter and primary pump gear

it has been 3 days now and so far so good.
My next problem is the ESP, I changed the brake sensor but its still lit. The workshop said it might be the control unit but after checking, Its hard and very expensive to get one since it is vin coded and my car was not released in the U.S. I dont want to have a part 2 of changing a control unit that does not need to be changed.

Any thoughts please...

W210 E50 AMG! A totally rare car indeed! I have yet to see in person a E50/E60 AMG W210 body. Post some pics please. Your ESP! Module control unit is fried. I am 99.9% sure on that one brother. Finding one should not be the issue if you have a parts car around or can located a rebuilt one. The brake sensor switch is a common 210 issue that takes 5min but mostly refers to the brake lamps. I hate to be mr rain cloud but when cars sit for a long long time they do become worse off. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, ect higher end complex and sophisticated cars are ment to be driven! Thats why they were made. Best to get these issues sorted out ASAP! Once taken care of you will have yourself a sweet ride.

Welcome to Benzworld, what are the fault codes?

"Cannot possibly attend first night, will attend second ... if there is one."

@2000 c280 sport: Will definitely post pics after I sort out the issues and detailed. How I wish it's easy to get the ESP control unit here. The amg 210 were not released here in the Philippines by the dealer. And not much on used parts. I usually get it there in the U.S. then send it here. They said since the e50 were not released there, no luck on a good used part. The part no I have is A0225459932.
@eric: will get the fault code Tom.
