1998 E320 Air Conditioning Problem! Please Help

So i have a 1998 e320 and everything works perfectly fine. The air conditioning start off cold when the car is first started for like five minutes and then it blows warm. I took it to get the air conditioning recharged and that didn't help they said i have to take it to a specialist. Any suggestions? Thank you!

First you have to find out if the compressor clutch is still engaged or not when it stops cooling. If its still engaged then you might have a problem with the duo valve. If its not closing then hot water is still getting to the heater box.
