Battery drain on 108cdi 2000.

Hello

I have a problem on my Vito 108cdi and wondered if you could help? When the door is closed and ignition off, after about 60 seconds the temp and fuel gauge drop and the needles flicker making a noise. When you open the door it stops for 60 seconds and then starts again. when you turn the side lights on it stops it but then it starts again! there's a little relay under the seat in a green holder that if you unplug and plugin again it makes the bleeping noise to to say light are on. if you unplug it it stops the noise but it will start again 60 seconds later without it plugged in?

Anybody know what could be the problem?
